Faith Garden
Welcome!
"But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen." 2 Peter 3:18Greetings and welcome in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to Immanuel Lutheran Church's Confirmation blog. Your source for all things Confirmation!
A garden is a place of growth and care. Confirmation is about your faith growing. Growing in faith doesn't happen because of a blog of course, but it does happen because of God's action in our lives. Confirmation class will be a place where you discover the incredible things God has done in your life already!
The resources here will help you perform well in class and most importantly help your faith grow. Please feel free to contact Pastor Keith or Pastor Tiner with any questions you have.
To God be the Glory!
Yours in Christ,
Pastor Keith and Pastor Tiner

Documents
Documents and forms relating to the new year will be posted here as soon as they are available. My apologies for not having them sooner. The call process interrupted and slowed some of my work in this area and I will have things available soon. God's peace. PT
Confirmation 2012-2013
Hello to all confirmation students and parents, confirmation is just around the corner! There is an information meeting for all students and parents Monday August 13th at 7 pm in the Fellowship Hall of Immanuel. We will be discussing the changes coming to the confirmation program in detail. The changes to the program were made after much discussion between the Pastors and elders. Our hope and belief is that the program will be stronger and that the students will benefit greatly in many ways. As with any change, people are often uncomfortable. We hope the 8th commandment guides your response and that you will be able to put the best construction on our efforts, trusting that we have made the changes for the better. Patience will be key as we work out the kinks in the new system and feedback that is constructive and respectful will always be appreciated. We are looking forward to the new year and the exciting things that will happen. God is at work in our lives and Confirmation will be a place that faith is nurtured and grown. To God be the glory!
